Pure Gray 0.85 Gain: Pure Gray is a 0.85 gain material. Also called a “negative gain” screen which results in overall reduced image brightness to achieve deeper black levels. While not to be confused as an Ambient Light Rejecting material, gray screens provide slightly better black levels than white screens to achieve better “perceived contrast”. Excellent for viewing sports, movies, and video games in light-controlled environments.
