Perfect screen for home theaters
We purchased the AWOL Vision 120" screen with the AWOL LTV-3000 pro projector and are absolutely thrilled with this product. The screen rises and retracks quietly with an easy push of a button on the remote. The ambient light reduction keeps the images looking sharp and the colors vibrant. The 120" screen gives our home theater a movie theater feel, which has elevated our movie and gaming experiences. We highly recommend this product!

Impressed!
Purchased this with AWOL LTV 3500 pro. Really pro products, both! The old screen in the photo attached to the wall has been removed since. Lighter and brighter the new one..

Damaged, and no support.
Ordered online, delivered not to my apartment but rather the mail room. Also, arrived damaged. Tried to contact best buy support, but nothing would ever happen after multiple phone calls over several weeks. Called back one time and they gave me a new support ID after i had given them my original that i called about. Did they close the original without doing anything? Best buy is extremely disconnected with this company and it's distributer. Wouldn't recommend this item through best buy. Get it somewhere else where you can get customer support.
