The deep blade glides through foods and holds a straight line while chopping and slicing vegetables and raw or cooked boneless proteins. The Granton edge design creates air pockets that reduce drag and water adhesion, resulting in cleaner slices with less food sticking to the blade. The blade is ground thinner with a 10° bevel per side for a fine, razor-sharp edge. Ideal for fruit, vegetable, and boneless protein prep; not recommended for hard winter squashes, frozen foods, or bones. Features the updated Trident logo on the handle and blade.
