A: It seems like you wouldn't get the Exploration Support Package with a Best Buy order, but having played the WiiU release, you're not going to use the gear long enough to care, and the starter bonus will eventually become insignificant once you get 2 to 3 chapters further into game progress. Personally, I would rather have the mini poster and stand than the digital items because it would stand as a nicer memento than the digital gear, which I might accidentally sell in the course of the gameplay.
Q: Does this come with steel case/ preorder bonus
A: No steel case. There is a Mini Metal Poster that was offered as a pre-order bonus for online pre-orders starting 01/23/2025 "while supplies last". I pre-ordered back in January and it was added to my order a few days later. I couldn't tell you whether it's still available or if they've run out.
