Q: is there any visible scratches, cracks, or marks on this phone?
A: When I received mine there was a large gash in the front screen I don’t know about all of them but I was not pleased with the condition of mine.
A: when i bought mine it came with a couple scratches and the battery percentage was already at 93%
Q: can you return it if you don't like its condition? (if it has scratches etc)
A: There is a $45 restocking fee to return this phone

A: No problems at all with this phone! Mine came in excellent condition, looks and works brand new. Definitely would recommend!

A: I think you can if you know how to backup your old one first and then transfer to the new one. I'm low tech so they did all of that for me in the store.

Pre-owned, good as new; more than enough features
The phone is in excellent condition and packed with charger and cord. Has been performing without fault for a month. The iPhone X has been off the market long enough that finding a shock resistant case for it in local brick and mortar retail outlets was more difficult than finding the phone! Eventually found a compostable case for it. Would definitely look for pre-owned again.

Used IPhone purchase
Came in like new condition. Battery could last longer but otherwise it’s a great phone. The rep tried telling me that the phone wouldn’t work on prepaid however a Verizon rep said it would work as long as it’s unlocked. The phone was unlocked and works great for prepaid service.

MINT CONDITION / 85% battery life
I was in the market to purchase a used/refurbished iPhone X. There are plenty online venders you can purchase from. I went with BestBuy just because I can pick up locally and wouldn't have to wait. I also was leaning towards BestBuy since they advertise as "PreOwned" which I prefer because I would like the OEM display & Battery. I took a risk , seeing the reviews of some devices having scratches or bad batteries. I am pleased to say I have received a MINT CONDITION iPhone X ! There is not a single scratch or dent except for a small mark on the top , but who cares when a case is on 24/7 the only thing I would note is the BATTERY LIFE is at 85%. not too bad but will be getting serviced soon. I was also worried about the display but everything checked out on the "3utools " device verification. ( 98% ) below I have attached pictures / please note i have installed a screen protector.
