Not Ready for Prime Time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this Router for the office and it has many flaws. 1. anyone who can see the 5G Channel cannot connect to it. 2. the 2.4G Channel is weak. I can be standing right next to the router and see full bars on the radio but the connection speed is between 1 to 19 mps for all devices. IPads won't stay connected for longer than 20 seconds. Iphones and android phones won't stay connected for longer than 10 minutes. I hope this is just a defective unit because I have owned many router over the last 10 years and this one is the worst. Funny thing I do own the cheaper version (the dual band N Router) for my home network and it's the best router I have ever purchased. All the post I have read are bringing up the same issues I'm having and there's no firmware release. This one has to go back because it's unusable. I will revisit this review once ASUS and Best Buy make it right.

flawless streaming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.despite all "iffy" reviews ive read, I purchased this product and it functions well. no dropped signals and consistent speed/stream. good buy and if you run cable, I recommend zoom docsis 3.0 modem. mainly used for youtube h.d, netflix, nba.com games and job seeking.
