SynopsisDiscover a world where your instrument and rhythmic abilities will win you more than a Battle of the Bands. Musical instruments double as weapons in explosive face-offs. Try to match the beat during a 10- to 15-second song segment. The better you keep the time, the more points you'll earn toward turning your instrument into a quirky weapon, such as a smoke bomb or land mine. You'll also have more say in which of the five music genres you'll hear. But beware — the opposing band will try to take you out at the same time. Pay attention to each tune or your band will be the one to leave the stage.With five music genres, 11 bands, 30 licensed tracks and 70 weapons, Battle of the Bands delivers an intense music rhythm competition. Swing the Wii Remote in time to the melody to rack up points. Then strike with an array of artillery and attack styles. Adventure mode pits you against bands from other genres one by one until you've reached the Big Boss battle. You'll also enjoy the Versus mode to rock out against a friend.
