- A:Answer When you receive the email indicating the gift card is ready, and you click the link a website will open showing the gift card number and pin code. I suggest you either take a screenshot or document this information. As it is hard to find on Best Buy’s website. Then make your purchase and provide the information at checkout. Good luck

- A:Answer I used mine in store. I just took a picture of the email that had the card number,and PIN number they were able to just scan the card number(bar code) you can just open your email on your phone and scan it that way too, I just figured the screenshot pic is easier to get to at the moment of purchase.
