"Poor" rating isnt quite right .... "Disappointing" is better in this case. I purchased this off site custom built machine after consult with Geek Squad. Unfortunately it failed to come up to expectation. After being run through Geek Squads "pre-delivery" checks, and upon receipt of this machine, connecting and start-up, the Plextor-PX SSD 128GB failed to work, plus the Toshiba HDD would not function, or even format. I personally had to re-wire the SSD internally to the correct sockets. I ran DiskTest at home myself on the HDD because it would not boot. According to DiskTest the HDD is RAW and unbootable. It does contain over 277,000 files however, even though fresh out of the box. I wonder if I can retrieve them. The praised AMD graphics lacks sadly for this system compared to Nvidia Im used to. The SSD config. is excellent now it works, and with my own purchased Samsung HDD, the system flies well enough.Geek Squad plugged this in successfully. The Toshiba, I am still trying to get to work with help elsewhere. I would place it at low to mid market gaming machines as I have it configured now. Not for the technically inept. Further conclusion is redundant. Most readers will be capable of making their own decisions.

I have had a lot of fun with this computer. Not to mention it was delivered to the store in three days! (West to East) I wasn't expecting it for two weeks. It was packaged very well and booted fine first time. When you open box make sure to open case and remove protective packaging inside. It includes the mouse and keyboard from picture. It comes with great specs for gaming. The computer is fast, FAST. Boots in 3-5 seconds. I also added a PNY 240GB SSD Best Buy had on sale for $89.99. If you add another SSD make sure you have an extra SATA cable. The computer runs quiet as well. The gaming experience is top notch. I can play games on the highest settings and runs very smooth. I have read other reviews and did not like what I read about the Customer Service of Cyberpower. I added the Geek Squad Extended Warranty to fix that problem. The only thing it did not have is an optical port. It does have ports for surround sound. However, it has plenty of room for expansion to add just about anything, if needed. Hope this helps!

Plays all current games on maxed out graphics settings. I've grown everything at this machine and it never flinches. Solid state drive starts windows 8 instantly. No waiting for boot ups. Amazing machine.
