Great extras
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. The game itself is stellar as of the 1.6 patch and the extras included with the physical copy are a nice throw-back to a time when games liked to lavish their players with supplemental materials.

Best game I've played since since Vanilla WoW
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This game is amazing. I went in with the expectation that the game was not going to run the best. I knew this would be the case due to all the delays. I have a 2060 super and I can run the game on high with a few things turned down and some off. So far it has run smooth as butter. I've gotten a couple of glitches but nothing to cry about, as a matter of fact it was hilarious. I'm sorry if you're a console owner and it doesn't run well, but for PC owners that have a semi decent rig, it runs just fine. 10/10 would buy again and would recommend to a friend.

Broken Cyberpunk 2077 plastic case.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. The case came broken in the bottom a few pieces of plastic completely fell off. Which made me use the steel case that came with it. The shipping box had no damage to it. Which means the case came broken. It could be worse, glad that it isn’t.

Excellent game despite technical issues.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Despite obvious technical issues, the game is excellent. The story is very well written and im enjoying getting lost in Night City. The graphics are truly next-gen. It looks incredible. The gameplay is also super fun. While im here let me address the elephant in the room. The game wasn't in development for 8 years. In 2013 it was announced. They probably just started getting the story figured out when they announced it. The Witcher 3 was being developed during most of those 8 years. The Witcher launched in 2015 and major DLC in 2016. They had all hands on deck for the Witcher 3. So after 2016, they started full development on Cyberpunk. So they had like 5 years to make the game. Not 8 years.

A beautiful game that is misunderstood
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. After playing for about 26 hours (admittedly, in the matter of 2 and a half days) this is a game I can not recommend more, for not only the storytelling, but the graphics, gameplay, and many intricate mechanics that exist within the game. My first playthrough and definitely not my last, was as a streetkid. Seeing all of the different dialogue options enriches the story, and gives it great replayability. I had hooked it up to my 4k TV, and used a wireless Xbox 360 controller to enjoy the game on my PC (just my personal preference to use that controller.) If you want the game to run well on your PC, you need to understand your PCs limits. I’m on a 9600k, and a 2070 super. I can get most of the things to high, few to medium, and a select couple settings on low. Follow Digital Foundry’s guide on settings and you’ll be able to appreciate the beauty of the game without giving up frames. Keep in mind, yes this does need to be played on GOGs launcher. This doesn’t mean you can’t add it to your steam launcher though if you prefer the steam overlay. It will still work that way, get over it dudes. The glitches people talk about I’ve really not experienced. I think if you tweak the settings to what your PC is capable of, these just won’t happen. I’ve had a few animation bugs; absolutely. Throughout my gameplay I’ve only had to reload an auto save twice for glitches. That’s really not bad for a game upon release. I can not recommend this game enough for someone who wants a good story, incredible environment, and beautiful graphics. Included is a picture of the contents of you get the physical aswell. Worth it over just digital IMO, and since I’m an employee, I didn’t get the steelbook. If you’re buying this it’ll come with a cool steelbook gift which is well worth it.

Get for PC only!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Playing this game on PC is the only way to go. There are a lot of bugs on every platform however it is unplayable on Xbox One or PlayStation 4 consoles. With a high-powered PC and a good graphics card the game plays well. there are some patches coming to correct some of the bugs with gameplay but for now it is a very fun and immersive game.

Night City is Fantastic
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.I'm happy with the game so far. It's got beautiful graphics and runs well on my PC. Yes, I've experienced some bugs, and it's not perfect. I'm still enjoying exploring Night City and taking in the sights, and the unfolding story.

Q: QuestionWill the game come with a Steam or GOG code inside? I'd prefer GOG but Steam is fine too.
Asked by Joker13z.
- A:Answer This question was asked on cyberpunk 2077 twitters profile and CD PROJECT said that the retail pc physical version of this game will have a GOG code.

Q: QuestionIt says this is a physical copy for PC, but many of the comments say it is a GoG code. Is this a physical disk to install the game or is it a code to download the game? Thanks!
Asked by justanormalguy.
- A:Answer There is no physical disc, it comes with a GoG code to download the game. However, the physical copy comes with physical goodies such as the soundtrack CDs, game map, stickers, and a free steel book which is a Best Buy exclusive. I attached an image with everything you get with the PC physical copy.

Q: QuestionCan we choose the Steelbook if we pre-order in person? The page for "Steelbook Cyberpunk 2077 case" says: Order online for a surprise character, or stop by your local Best Buy store to make your selection. Does this apply to in-store preorders as well?
Asked by GameDude.
- A:Answer If you come into one of the locations its your pick (while supplies last)

Q: QuestionHow fast does the game ship when I pre-order it? Can I reasonably expect to get it the day the game is released? In addition, is there an option for me to pick it up at my local best buy?
Asked by Sean.
- A:Answer I have pre ordered many games from Best Buy and the only one that was late was Animal Crossing New Horizons, which came out right as COVID-19 started. All other games I’ve pre ordered have arrived on the release date and usually ship a day or two before. Yes there is an option for pickup at your local store.
