A: Hi Daisy, there are 9 preset settings that help make cooking a breeze. The maximum temperature ths unit will go depends on the function the unit is set to. We hope this clears things up. Thank you.
A: It says? What says? Where? 1) Under "About this item" it says, "The power convection system...thanks to the precise heat elements and fan..." (note the important word "fan"). This is repeated in the "From the manufacturer" section. 2) Under specifications, it indications it performs the function of "airfry". 3) Multiple times in the "From the manufacture item description" the terms "air fry" and "convection oven" (a bit redundant, no?) are used. All 3 of these points confirm it can do convection cooking. Of course, it's very possible that it may also have modes that do not utilize the fan. Feel free to download the owner's manual from the manufacturer's website in case Best Buy's site doesn't provide a link to it.
