A: Not as good as a standard vacuum, lil better then a Dustbuster handheld. Good for kitchen crumbs.
A: You simply click the body into the nozzle of the floor sweep until it clicks, insert the handle into the body until it clicks, remove the screw from the cord clip insert it into the hole below the handle and replace the screw, and finally click the crevice device onto the handle.
