Dyson - Clearance Desk Fan - Satin Iron/Satin Blue

This fan has been very good so far. As others have said, the price can be high for what you get, but we got this as a closeout and therefore a great price. The benefit of no blades...both for safety and lack of dust buildup is what I really like and it seems powerful. (The bigger sizes are stronger.) I like the adjustments for the fan too -- angle as well as oscillating -- things that cannot be done as well on my Vornado. The Vornado is stronger but does get dusty. The only negative was with the purchasing at BB. The price dropped further at BB 2 weeks later, but BB wouldn't match it. So, I had to buy the new one and then return the old one to get the $50 savings. Silly - extra work and costs for BB, but same results.

Received the Dyson fan for Christmas as a replacement for a 6in desk fan. While it is a lot bigger than expected, the look/design of it more than makes up for it. Puts out plenty of air while still being relatively quiet. Also, with no blades it is so much easier to clean.

I love Dyson products. This is my 2nd item i own( along with the Dyson animal vacuum). The blue color is cool, its small so it fits anywhere primarily and not to mention the high speeds produce enough air that keeps me comfortable. its also quite so you rarely notice it is there. i am very happy with my product and i got in on clearance which makes it an even greater buy! Love this

I have slept with a fan since I was a small child. I have had all sizes and shapes and they always either break or just get so dirty I have to replace them. This Dyson Air Multiplier is great because it has a constant air of stream that feels much better than the choppy air from normal fans. It is a little expensive for a fan, but it is well worth it. The design is great and it is super simple to clean which keeps the air cleaner which is always a plus. It also runs pretty quiet at the lower speed but when you turn it all the way up it is a little loud, but not louder than a normal fan on high. I hope they drop the price to $99 year round so I can grab a few more of these in the summer!

Easy to assemble, except you really need to torque it to lock the fan to the base. Very quiet, moves lots of air.

Once you understand the technology, this fan doesn't look so unusual. It's quiet and circulates air effectively. It's really easy to clean with a swipe of a dusting cloth. No need to take it apart to clean those annoying fan blades.

When it gets to 115 degrees in the HOT Arizona desert, you need an efficient, dependable fan like the Dyson. Love the awesome design and how compact it is.

I only bought the Dyson fan because it was on sale and I do not regret it one bit. It is quiet and stylish, yet so functional. I wouldnt get it for retail price, but for $100.00, it was a no brainer.
