Cook smarter, not harder, with this GE Profile Series convection range. Built-in Wi-Fi technology lets you control the oven from your mobile device to keep tabs on baking from outside or preheat before you step in the shower. This GE Profile Series convection range includes an induction top for fast, even cooking.
A: Completely flat to the edge with no lip. I will say that induction burners are immediately responsive to temp adjustments unlike typical electric burners.
A: Yes, there is a storage drawer on the bottom under the oven. There is a small red light on the control panel that lights up when the cook top surface is still hot.
A: Hi krgreen, thanks for reaching out! From the bottom of the range, to the cooktop are the following heights: 35 3/4" - 36 1/2" depending on how high you have the leveling legs raised. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael
A: Hello. Thank you for your inquiry; we are happy to help! This range model has a sound volume control feature. You can turn off the beeping by accessing the sound volume and turning it off in the Special Features. We appreciate your interest! Thanks for checking. Olga
Q: Is there a non-induction version of this oven that is also app-controlled?
A: Yes and there is also a dual fuel version with gas burners and electric oven.
A: Hi Doug - The elements sizes are as follows: Left Front 8"; Left Rear 8"; Right Front 11"; Right Rear 6"; Center 6" (100W Warming Zone). 9" pots/pans can be used on the 8" burners. For best performance, match the pan size to the burner size since heating will only occur above the element. The further the pan extends, the less the burner will perform. Square pans will work, although round pans that match the induction coil sizes work best. Cookware should make full contact with the glass surface and be magnetic. You might want to pair with GE Profile™ Series 2.1 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Sensor Microwave Oven PVM9005SJSS. It provides cooktop lighting and the four-speed, 400CFM venting system removes smoke, steam and odors. Thanks for considering GE! Sue
