Q: is this for one leg or a pair for both legs?
A: There's only one in there. However you can use it for either leg.
A: Yes it comes with a charging cord. But that if it didn't for some reason you can use your usb C phone charger.
Q: Just wondering if anyone has used after total knee replacement
A: I have been using this Aero Leg Massager 13 mo after double knee replacements. I’ve had a fair amount of muscle pain. I think there are 22 muscles from your hip to your ankle and the massager is helpful. I would recommend.

Q: how large of a thigh will this fit?
A: I don't know exactly, however I don't have a small thigh and there was a lot more room.
Q: Will this product worth on wide legs? Other brands I've found only fit people with skinny legs.
A: I'm definitely far from having skinny legs and it fits me.
