Great home shreder for the price.

Love the feature that it keeps running for a short while after the paper is shredded. This feature keeps the cutting unit clear of paper. My old unit did not have that feature, just stopped immediately after shredding and paper would build up in the cutters. With this one it does not. Never place the maximum amount of sheets it says it can shred, so I cannot comment on that. Besides, I never have that many sheets to shred all at once. Some complained about the noise level of this unit. I do not see what the problem is, it is a paper shredder, no louder than my very old unit that needed replaced. Great price a the time and have no complaints.

Gettin' Shreddy Wit It!

This is a 14-sheet shredder, so that's obviously better than a 8/10-sheet shredder. The pullout tray is another convenience. It's definitely worth the investment.

Great Machine But It Has a Static Problem.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The shredder works really well at its task of shredding paper, however, Two Issues: The shredder creates quite a bit of static electricity in the shredder so that when you open the paper compartment the shredded paper tends to fly out all over the room, and the positioning of the paper slot feels uncomfortable when using the shredder from the front because it feels like the intake chute is tilted back to front and not vice versa. It is rather quiet and it is powerful as well. No problem with multiple sheets.

Good home fax machine

Hopefully it will hold up. This is for home use as it is not meant to shred a large load of papers at a time.

Depending on how you use it, it can perform better then stated on manual/box. If you insert 10+ pages then it will need a rest in shorter time. Take your time it will last.
