I Love the feel of this excellent laptop touch screen is quick ana calibrated. The sound is amazing not loud but a non-tin sound. The keyboard is pristine ! It's a back lighted set of keys you just wanna touch and the number pad is amazing. Holds charge very long and I love the finger biometric password bypass. Its lightning fast with a million tabs open . The freeze feature for zoom calls is great for grabing coffee or taking a drink. The only complaint I have is the camera is dirty looking fuzzy and tinted its a bummer.

- A:Answer Go to the HP.com Website, Support, put in your serial/model number and install the latest BIOS. Download the file manually and then just run it and it'll install a new BIOS that includes a fix for wireless disconnects.

- A:Answer Please disregard the other answer given here - it is incorrect. This coming from a 23 year IT veteran who just recommended this model laptop to a family member. The AMD Ryzen 5 3500U CPU with Vega 8 graphics supports 3 simultaneous monitors in total: The built in display, an external monitor via the hdmi port, and an additional external display through a usb type c 3.1 to display port adapter or cable. According to the HP specification sheet, this model includes HDMI and a usb c 3.1 port that supports the display port 1.4 protocol. You will need the appropriate adapter from usb c to display port. I have included the lowest cost option available at bestbuy.com below, however these can be purchased from elsewhere as well. - A:Answer You can upgrade memory up to 32 GB. Fortnite will be playable on this laptop, but the lack of dedicated graphics means that it will not be at the highest settings.

Q: QuestionCan ram be added to this model? Are there two slots available for ram change out or is some of the ram permanently installed to the board? Some of the spec sheets online say the ram is not user accessible.

- A:Answer I was able to upgrade, both RAM slots were swappable (not soldered) and side by side (not overlapping like the older 2500u model) under a silver heat shield with gold colored thermal tape. Mine came with 2x 4gb Samsung modules and had no problem taking 2x8gb Corsair's Vengeance 2400mhz. Total time was about 15 minutes to change.
