A: It is sad to see only 60Hz as Asus has better panels that support up to 120hz at the same resolution or even better. they do say that it has g-sync in the documentation on their website but they make no mention that I've seen on VRR.
Q: Does this laptop have a MUX switch? Can the dGPU be disabled and run solely on the iGPU?
A: No, this laptop doesn't have a MUX Switch. By default, this laptop runs with the iGPU and will only auto-switch to the dGPU if more graphics processing power is needed. You can disable the dGPU in the Device Manager > Display Adapters.
