An amazing computer with a great display
||Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. Not a huge fan of the color but the power and storage this computer packs is huge. Tested a few netflix movies and it is clear as day. Very impressed by the the 4k oled. Battery is great I haven't found myself plugging it in too much. The only thing I wish is that it would be packed with even a slightly better graphics card as the mx250 is too basic.

Gorgeous screen, average battery, WORST Webcam!
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Really can't figure out how nobody is complaining about it. Now more than ever a good Webcam is a most and this awesome laptop just falls short. It's a 2 MP cam using a 2006 driver. Everything looks like an old TV broadcast show. Not lying, see it for yourself. Support was not able to help. On the other hand, the screen is beautiful! Rich colors. The sound, oh my! May be the only thing to make me decide to keep it. 4 speakers, music plays cristal clear!! Voices on video call not so much but was expected. It was expected that the battery last just a few hours because the high demand specs. I'm can live with that. If you don't do video calls (Shame on you! Practice social distancing, please!) then this is a very good laptop. Could be EXCELLENT if they fix the camera and extend battery life.

Great Laptop
||Posted .I have been using a Microsoft Surface Book for the last few years and have been spoiled. When the time came for me to buy a new computer for work, I did a lot of research and found that COnsumer Reports rated this Laptop from HP as one of the highest ranked laptops in their tests for 2019. I am not a gamer - but I do a lot f photo editing, word, Excel and Powerpoint documents and so this Spectre X360 looked like it was the perfect Laptop for my needs. I was impressed from the moment I opened the box. Great looking LapTop, incredible display (OLED) and great sounding speakers. I found nothing to complain about, nothing that I wished it did that it doesn't, it is the perfect lap top for me and I couldn't be happier. If you do some gaming, I understand that this computer will be ok, but it apparently doesn't have the kind of graphics Card you need to do the really immersive graphics fo today's video games. But then I don't play games so that is perfectly fine by me. All in all, a beautiful lap top with a gorgeous screen, fast processor, plenty of memory and even a stylus if you do any drawing work that needs a stylus. Far better than the last HP I owned - and as good or better than the Microsoft Surface Book I used to use.

Fantastic computer. Highly recommended.
||Posted .Owned for 1 year when reviewed.I love, love, love my HP Spectre 360. I'm so glad I did not listen to online reviews, as I have had none of the issues I've read about. The keyboard is not bouncy at all. I have no clue why some online reviews bashed this machine. This is a top quality computer. It's gorgeous too. Love the 4K pictures. Mine came in dark ash grey with the rose gold trim. The sound is excellent. I've had it for 1 1/2 years now and no problems. If I had to grip about one thing, I don't believe the battery life is what it was 1 1/2 ago. I feel it was unbelievably good for the first six months and then was half as good, but did not deteriorate after that. I'd say I got 4 to 5 hours or more on the battery and now it's 2 to 3 hours. I'm still in love with it though and perhaps I just need to run it through a recalibration.

Love it
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.I still have my previous HP Pavilion and it’s been like 8 years now and although it’s still working, the battery can be an issue. It didn’t make sense for me to download Windows 10 so I just got a new computer. I’m not that tech savvy so I literally spent a week learning about computers (storage, ram, etc). I got this one about a month ago and it actually looks way better than I thought it would. The color is spot on and it has a beautiful professional look. Overall, everything works fine on the computer so far. I only use the computer for school and to work from home. I regularly use it for meetings like Skype and Zoom. I also use the internet along with VMware from my job. The cons are the battery can get depleted fairly quickly with me just doing my work and school. Also, it picks up fingerprints on the outside of the laptop very easily so I have to wipe it down after every use and sometimes my mic and camera don’t work when I log into Skype and Zoom trainings If I start trying to multitask with multiple programs open. Initially, I thought it was an issue with Skype, but when I logged into a Zoom training and was going back and forth to other programs I had the same issue. If I just use it to do Skype and Zoom meetings and nothing else, it is fine. It could also be the network I’m on when I’m logged into my work network as I haven’t had an issue with the mic and computer when I’m off my work network. I’ve only used it once outside of work and it was fine. The other con is it doesn’t have a drive for cds or dvds which I just wanted to have, but that’s only because I’m not that into streaming or those things yet. Even with the cons, I would definitely buy this laptop again. HP’s really last a long time and I really like the spectre.

Great HP Laptop with Some Kinks
||Posted .Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.Only problem I have is when I type quickly the cursor will jump to another line. Very irritating. Also, would have like another USB port. Haven't heard the cooling fan as of yet even when I am on the laptop for 7 hours straight! Color, sound is great! I am happy with this purchase. Love the pen for my signature on documents, screen is perfect size, an attractive laptop and I love the touch features. Just wish it had an instruction booklet- I am old school.

Fast, fast, fast. And gorgeous screen.
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Fastest laptop I've owned. Perfect for photography, but you MUST calibrate the screen first. Out of the box, the reds are too intense, but easily calibrated. I've owned the laptop for about 3 weeks now, and I am extremely happy. Boots up fast, programs load super fast, and editing RAW files from a 24 megapixel camera using Lightroom is a breeze. However, last night, I noticed that the speaker output was uneven---the left speaker was significantly louder than the right. Downloaded and updated the audio drivers, uninstalled and installed the drivers, to no avail. Finally, I did a hard reset by pressing the power button for 15 seconds. And voila, the speakers are fine again. So yeah, I would still highly recommend this laptop. Audio is not a big deal for me because I have other devices/equipment for listening to music and watching movies, so the minor speaker hiccup is not a deal breaker. And it was fixed anyway.

Q: QuestionHow do you get Windows 10 Pro? No one spending this much on a laptop wants home edition.
Asked by everyone.
- A:Answer Upgrades to Windows 10 Pro handled through Windows software. Go to Windows Settings, navigate to System, About, and in the Windows Specifications section, click the first selection "Change product key or upgrade your version of Windows." You can then upgrade from Home to Pro, and process handled digitally, so have a credit card to purchase your upgrade. Costs about $100, at least it did when I upgraded.
