Love the camera stopped working.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So Ived had this camera for a little time maybe 4 months. Im having issues connect to my internet. I have reset the device and nothing. Contacted the company they were super supportive and sent me a used camera. When mine was technically new. So I noticed they even sent me a different model when I sent them a video and wrote the name of the camera. I still am having issues connect this camera that is not the same as the new one I sent. To receive a used one come on now. Worse experience. I hope this time they can really send me a new one like the one I sent them. Im so mad right now. Honestly im disgusted receiving the wrong camera and used.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, and I will be more than happy to help you with this and make sure we deserve your 5 stars. Please know that the monitor and camera work together through a radio link, and such a link may suffer environmental interference. Please go through the below list of examples to see whether one of them might cause your units to unlink. Always make sure the antenna is in the up position:
- Any large metal object, like a refrigerator, a mirror, a filing cabinet, metallic or metal-clad doors, or reinforced concrete, aluminum siding (if being used outdoors) between the baby and parent unit may block the radio signal.
- The signal strength may also be reduced by other solid structures, like walls, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning ducts, electrical wires, or by radio or electrical equipment, such as TVs, computers, cordless or mobile phones, fluorescent lights, or dimmer switches. In multi-story homes, homes with a basement, and multi-unit homes such as apartments plumbing, heating, and air conditioning ducts, and electrical wires between floors will also reduce signal strength.
- Use of other 2.4GHz products, such as wireless networks (Wi-Fi routers), Bluetooth® systems, or microwave ovens, may cause interference with this product, so keep the baby monitor away at least 5ft (1.5m) from these types of products, or turn them off if they appear be causing interference. The same goes for fans or white-noise machines.
- If the signal is weak, try moving the parent and/or the baby unit to different positions in the rooms. Rotating the parent unit 90 degrees may also improve signal strength.

Q: QuestionHow do you get the split screen to work? The monitor doesn't have the emblem that the directions say to hit to split screen.

- A:Answer Hello Toni, This is related with an old firmware with your monitor. To update the monitor’s firmware: Please connect both cameras to the Hubble Club app and leave all units plugged in and on for at least 24 hours. The cameras need to be connected to the Hubble Club App, but the app does not need to be active on your mobile. Once the new firmware is available on the cameras, the monitor will ask you to upgrade the firmware. Acknowledge the upgrade and do not turn off the monitor or cameras until the upgrade is complete. Once the upgrade is completed, the parent unit will power off and after a few minutes, please manually turn it back on. The split-screen icon will now appear in the menu bar of the parent unit.
