A: You will want to charge using the yellow USB-C port next to the status button.
Q: Does this device come pre-charged?
A: Mine was charged but not 100 percent
Q: Why doesn’t the LED light show up when charging. Not sure if it’s even charging.
A: I figured out you have to plug it into the the yellow slot to charge the port on the next to the on button
Q: How long dose this take to charge?
A: With a 65W charger a couple of hours. With a regular phone charger overnight or even longer.
Q: If I plug it into the wall to charge with two cords will it charge faster
A: No it can only a max of 65 watts
A: All my reviews I read said this is fine. You are working with minimum wage TSA employees who really don't care. I have been travelling all over the world on flights this month until this piece of junk finally broke.
Q: Does it support USB-C 12V devices?
A: Yes
A: The MacBook Pro 16” launched depending on the year model with either a 96w or 140w charging requirement. This power bank would not work out for this model unfortunately.
