Does this device come pre-charged? null

Mine was charged but not 100 percent

Like with most devices this power bank will come right around half way charged.

Mine was 50% charged, but I do recommend you fully charge it before first use.

Yes when I bought mine it was 50% takes roughly 4 hours at 0%

It might have a small charge to it ..but best to charge it first before use.
