Q: Help, how do you get the taillight open for batteries?

A: Use a coin in the provided side slots.

Q: Is it water proof? What is tha maximum diameter of the tubing it will fit?( i need to know front and back separately)

A: The adjustable strap can probably go up to 3inches in dia- wouldn’t go more- Do not know if it’s waterproof, haven’t had it out in the rain- I like the rear light, stays on, flashes! Front light is powerful enough-
