Great unit for price cooling oir our first floor.
So far the air conditioner is working great, juat in time for a heat wave.. installation was a breeze as we already had the opening in wall from previous ac. Only issue was this unit has wider prings than old unit so hubbie had to run to electrical store to buy new outlet.

Nice unit.
I bought this unit mostly for the heater. It blows out hot air and has a powerful fan. It's quite and looks nice. I haven't used the air conditioner yet because I purchased it in late fall this year. It was delivered undamaged and within a week. I'm very pleased.
