Cools and heats great! A bit noisy when cooling.
This unit is not packaged well enough to prevent from damage during shipping. It also weighs over 130 pounds and is very large and cumbersome. The first 2 units ordered arrived damaged. Finally, the 3rd unit arrived with no damages. The front flap with filter attachment rattles and is very loud when the condenser is running.

Works really good
It is working great for the space that I have ( 250 sq feet ) and even though it is in a trailer which has bad insulation it still cools great.
