My first comment is this is a very heavy product. It is 146 pounds in the box. The box is large also. The air conditioner cools very well. Installation process was easy, but made difficult due to the weight of the product. Installation instructions are adequate but sometimes hard to understand. There was suppose to be lock nuts supplied with the product, but regular nuts were in the box. I had to go buy lock nuts because the regular nuts would not hold. Lock washers may work.

It cools great, a bit noisy though .the window came bent and one track missing had to improvise, but was still able to install, bought window brackets from Home Depo these sturdier than the ones that came with the ac. Spent more time than expected installing. But its function of cooling awesome, remote control a plus.

Works good but it is way too noisy. Even on low the fan is too loud, and lots of things seem to be loose enough to ratel around a lot when the compressor is running. It does do a good job cooling and dehumidify.

Very short cord in my opinion. The cord comes out of the back, right side of the machine. My outlet is located less than few feet away from the left, front of the machine and it will not reach. I am excited to start using this air conditioner. Trying to find an extension cord that will work with the large appliance cord prongs.

Works quite well in our home, cools our open plan kitchen, dining room, and living room easily. In the hottest months, it does tend to overwork itself a bit and needs to be turned off for a while.

My review is based soley on the value, meaning how many features you get for the price. This unit was recommended by coolbot, for building a walk in cooler. I have not used the product yet.

The front and back were damaged. I’m 85 and had installers ( friends) . I tried to get a discount but was told should not have been installed . I understand but would like some grace for 85 yr widow

This was a true debacle. I purchased this item in store and specifically asked the salesman if the plug was a regular household plug. On delivery it was not. Item returned however spent endless hours on the phone with customer service and still had to pay the return UPS fee. What a frustrating experience.
