Lenovo - 27" Touch-Screen All-In-One Computer - 6GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive

After listening to all the Windows 8 hate, I tried it for myself and loved it. This was my first Lenovo computer as well and I have to say that I'm very impressed. It wasn't a brand that was on my radar previously, but they've definitely won me over with this. It's very fast and the perfect all in one computer. Adjusting the monitor may not be that big of a deal to everyone and to be honest I didn't care either way, until I started using it. Now I adjust the height and angle of the monitor all the time depending on what I'm working on. Overall, it's a very good computer with a great look and interface. Lastly, the mouse and keyboard both really good as well and make it difficult to go back to other devices.

The system was easy to set up. The price was a little steep, but that seems to be technology these days. The cordless keyboard is very light and fells excellent to the touch. A power on/off switch with a light indicator would make it even better. The cordless mouse is also nice and light and functions well. Once again, some lights on the device would make it look better and would allow the user to know if it were left on or off. Windows 8 has been Big challenge. It is taking quite a while to learn how everything functions within this new operating system. I still haven't decided if Windows 8 is as great as some say. However, the Lenovo computer seems to work excellent with it. The movable touch screen is awesome. It has already come in handy several times. The whole monitor is light and really easy to move around. Folding the touch screen up or down is quite easy, no matter what anyone else says. The applications that came with this system are impressive. There are plenty of them and it is easy to discard any of the unwanted apps. The small speakers in the front of this system are just that ---- Small. So, don't expect too much from them. Yet, they work just fine for their size. There are always areas of " give and take" with technology. However, an awesome sound-system software package has been provided if you decide to hook up external speakers like I did. The sound coming from my speakers makes my entire room sound like a concert hall. So far, this computer has been an EXCELLENT choice. Ten thumbs up for LENOVO. I sure hope it last.

I had heard bad things about windows 8 but because of the super responsive touch screen and platform speed it is a joy to use the touch features in windows 8. I love the easel screen in particular because I can fold it down and use the qwerty on screen keyboard for 10 finger touch typing just as readily as the wireless keyboard and mouse that come with the pc. This machine has great speed and wonderful flexibility. If you are getting an all in one THIS is the machine to get. Oh and the built in speakers sound great too! It is great for online game play as well as graphics, web design, programming, and office work.

I love this computer. Easy to use, has a lot of features. Only negative thing is that if you use a lot of monitors with I am a student so I have multiple monitors like 2 out side of my computer so 3 duel screens it's not the best cause you ave to buy tons of extra splitters and converters but it works great with just one extra monitor so you can do the normal duel monitor system... this is a problem for the tech geek at heart normal users will have no problem with this computer... and if you are a tech geek like me you will figure out a way plus this is one of the only "all in one" touch screen computers you even do any duel monitor system on so I did all my homework and this was the best bang for your buck...

love the 27" touchscreen, it is really the only reason I went for this unit unfortunately when set up next to old computer screen it looks blah, colors are washed out and not nearly as bright, very limited controls for screen built in to monitor. Got a spyder screen calibrator and connected and made a huge improvement all the way around

I literally stumbled upon a great deal on this All-in-One at my local Best Buy and I am so thankful that I pulled the trigger and bought it. While the specs aren't the best (I5-3210, 6gb), it performs plenty good for a family PC and mid-range game machine. To make it even more functional for our family, I added a USB TV tuner and upgraded Windows 8 to Pro with Media Center. Now it rocks! If you are looking for a family/game machine, do yourself a favor and pick up one of these Lenovo A720s. You won't be sorry.

I like the Lenovo, and have no complaints about it at all. Windows 8 takes some getting used to, especially if you continue to use a mouse, rather than the touch screen app features. At times, it is annoying to have to get through a touch screen just to get to/back to the desktop. But it's not a big adjustment, and it's worth it to have the options of both the typical computer interface, and the tablet like touch screen features. This computer is a winner.

This computer had all of the features I was looking for in an all-in-one computer with Windows 8 pre-installed. It might have been better to have had Windows 8 Pro in lieu of just the standard OEM version of Windows 8. Pretty impressive line-up of pre-installed software.
