Plug & Play Installation LG-Ericsson iPECS ES-1000 Fast Ethernet Switches provide a true plug and play installation for connecting networked devices. With the auto-sense, auto-negotiation and auto-MDI/MDIX implemented, these switches easily connect to the network, automatically sense the net- work speed between 10M and 100Mbps, auto-negotiate the transmis- sion mode at half or full duplex and remove the complexity of tedious setup procedures or cross-over cabling requirements.
