Poor durability

Might have been a nice chair

The box came without the hardware. I emailed the company to see if they could send me the hardware, but the email bounced back as undeliverable. My next step was to call the company directly. I was transferred to voice mail and never heard back from them. I now have a large box with unassembled chair pieces in my kitchen and I cannot return it. I am NOT happy.
