As stated above; con is that while it's a good sturdy chair, I feel like it was overpriced. Also not sure how long or well the poly mesh arms/seat will last, I predict not long, I have a cover over the seat area.

Had it less than a year and the hydraulic started giving up. Gradually sinks down as you use it. I like the flip up arms, but otherwise this was a waste.

This looks like it would be a very nice chair... if I could actually put it together. The box came without the hardware. I emailed the company to see if they could send me the hardware, but the email bounced back as undeliverable. My next step was to call the company directly. I was transferred to voice mail and never heard back from them. I now have a large box with unassembled chair pieces in my kitchen and I cannot return it. I am NOT happy.

Easy to put together most of everything is already. I just had to put in 8 screws and it was done.

these chairs aren't available in my area for some reason so i had to order it and have it shipped to me. the box arrived in bad condition (see picture) though all the parts somehow managed to stay inside and arrived 2 days before they estimated at the physical store. the chair is simple to assemble (8/10), and comes with the only tool you'll need. the arms flip up out of the way and are held there by friction. they have 2 positions, all the way up or down. it has a nice wide seat to accommodate your bum easily, and fairly soft cushion to keep you comfortable while you sit. construction is nearly all plastic and 8/10 sturdy. i'm sure will last the expected 3-5 years. i recommend wiggling in the seat once you have it put together to make sure the 'shock absorber' thing is fully seated in the base and upper receiver.
