• If there's a failure from normal wear and tear, we'll repair it or replace your product.*: This could be a problem with an internal part or how the product was manufactured. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity. Accidental damage is not included.
• If your product isn't working because of a power surge, we'll fix it or replace it.*: If there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product, we'll make things right. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
• We'll reinstall your product.: After we resolve what's wrong with your major appliance or air conditioner, we'll reinstall it if we originally installed it.
