I returned this laptop to the store. The images portrayed online were not the same as the actual laptop. Matte screen not a plus for me. Also, had some software errors which resulted in windows reboots.

This computer is amazing, fast and can handle mostly anything thrown at it. The CPU can get hit since the only fan is over the GPS, which makes sense. I love the computer and recommend it to anyone with a tight budget on gaming computers. If I had it to do over, I would save a few more dollars and buy the next models up, the ones that have two fans.

I'm not a gamer, I bought this computer for audio and video editing and I absolutely love it. Fast as lightning and not heavy for its size. It does heat up a bit (Doesn't overheat) on the left side, but nothing that concerns me. Fan can be a little louder than most, but I use headphones and can't hear it. MSI did a great job with the packaging and design of the computer. I am equally pleased with the aesthetics as I am with the performance and I would recommend this computer to anyone.

Great computer, still working in 2020. Never had a laptop that worked sooooo long. MSI is a great brand and has brought me lots of online gaming enjoyment.

I have had this since Monday. It came full of malware. That was taken care of then it took time getting use to it's issues, The heat issue is bad, got a laptop cooler with two fans that does help. The other issue was keyboard/track pad. Could not get use to it so got a notebook mouse that made things much easier . I found the lights annoying and discovered hibernate setting so i could do movies. Gaming have not tried because it kept shutting down till i got the laptop cooler pad. The battery life is dismal without being plugged in. This is not ideal for students that want to use it in class or expect because it is a laptop to be portable it needs a plug. Keep that in mind if you are a student. I would not purchase this product again due to keyboard lay out, track pad , i also discovered while lights look cool they are annoying. Biggest con not portable and low battery life
