DOA
DOA …… Terrible experience with this purchase. I called customer service regarding the issue and was informed to return the item to a best buy store for refund or mail it back. I decided to take the item back to the nearest Best Buy in my town. Which is the Apple Valley,Ca store 1482. The mangaer will not take the item back even though the item was being returned two days after I received the faulty item. She basically told me to mail the item back ! I called the Best Buy customer support team while I was at the store with the manager. And the Best Buy support team advised her to take thd item in and refund me my purchase. She declined to take my faulty item at her store. So basically I had to carry the item back to my vehicle, with no help from the store back to my car and send it back via UPS. Terrible experience with this store …… keep in mind this is a heavy item to be carrying around back and forth !

Beautiful Build But DOA
I received mine yesterday...DOA. (purchased directly from MSI-US website) It's a beautifully built machine but the 5090 doesn't show up in the bios or in the device manager. I'm stuck in limbo with MSI support, waiting for an answer. It appears that they will only repair or refurb swap, not replace. Buyer beware....I may just force a full refund through my CC company.
