A: I am 6' and around 200lbs and truly like the elliptical. I am an older gentleman and not a 20 year old weight lifter. What I mean is that I do not try to use the hardest resistance and move the feet and arms as fast as possible. I like the smoothness and it feels very solid the way I use the machine.
Q: how hard is it to put together?
A: I read the reviews , plus, I am very handy. It took my less than 2 hours to put together by myself saving $199 on Best Buy's assembly cost. It comes with great instructions and the tools you need to assemble it. Get a friend to help and have a party.
Q: Is the trainer FTMS bluetooth enabled?
A: No, this trainer's BLE is very sub-par. I can only get it to connect to Explore the World app. Very disappointed considering this was one of the reasons I bought this trainer model... the product literature even says you can connect to Zwift among other fitness apps. Nope. They don't work.
Q: Is the machine suppose to shake or move while exercising
A: We use the elliptical daily and have not experienced any movement. If your machine is not properly balanced, it is more likely to move. Try adjusting each of the "legs" of the machine by rotating the legs until it is balanced.
A: I am 6'4" and have the elipitical in a room with an 8' ceiling and have plenty of clearance. Great machine (wait for it to go on sale for $999).
Q: Can you go backwards on this machine?
A: Yep, I was able to.
Q: What does this elliptical use for a power supply ?
A: Power cord. Its included in the package
