I am 6' and around 200lbs and truly like the elliptical. I am an older gentleman and not a 20 year old weight lifter. What I mean is that I do not try to use the hardest resistance and move the feet and arms as fast as possible. I like the smoothness and it feels very solid the way I use the machine.
