Worthless Case, Do Not Buy for Note 20 Ultra!
This case is worthless on the Note20 Ultra. Had the phone for less than two weeks and it fell out of my hands while standing onto concrete (maybe ±3' drop) onto my patio, it landed face down with the case still on and the front screen was still shattered. Only drop and it resulted in a broken phone. Stay away from the commuter case on the Note 20 Ultra unless you want a shattered screen!! I've used the Symmetry ones on my last few phones and the Commuter on the phones before those with no issues but they did not have it in black at any of the Best Buy's I went to on the day I received phone. Might be time to try a new brand of phone case!

Great Case
I brought a new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and the case fits the phone good. I use to always get the Otter Box Defender but switched to the Otter Commuter because they're cheaper, a little thinner, and I had stop using the phone clip that comes with the Defender because they I always break them so I figured why pay more for the Defender when the Commuter is cheaper, thinner, and protects my phone just as well as a Defender. I love the Commuter case.

Best case ever
This thing is solid, my phone has falled out of my pocket so many times and taken solid hits but never broken, its not bulky at all. Its sleek and fits in your pocket without snagging on your pockets.
