A:AnswerI would suggest that you get with the sales persin who sold the plan to you to find out how to cancel the the plan. You might also ask somebody from the Geek squad. Hope this helps you.
A:AnswerHi there. Thank you for your awesome question. I'm very sorry to hear about this situation with your car being broken into and the laptop stolen. I hope you can find who did it and hopefully get the laptop back. If you are unable to get the laptop back, know that they cannot use the protection plan as it's tied to your specific Best Buy account. If you want to be proactive and remove the Geek Squad Protection or have more questions, please give us a call at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778. All the best in taking care of this!
A:AnswerHi there, Joe! That is going to depend on the terms and conditions available based on the date of your computer purchase. I recommend stopping by your local Best Buy so that can determine your coverage. You can make an appointment with your local Geek Squad here, https://www.bestbuy.com/services/triage/home?CMP=ocss.
A:AnswerHi Anon. Thanks for your great question! Accidental Geek Squad Protection covers a specific product that it's bought with like a laptop, gaming accessory, etc. This covers the hardware on that unit in case something was to happen. Total Tech Support on the other hand is more for the support side. This covers an unlimited number of computers for support like data transfers, diagnostics and troubleshooting, trainings, etc. It will also heavily discount in-home services and cover vehicle installations. I hope this helps! If you have any further questions on this, I'd recommend connecting with your local Best Buy store. You can find information about your local store at www.bestbuy.com/storelocator.
