A:AnswerThey pretty much give you dollar value of the equipment or replacement is as close to item as possible at times depending on what it is. (In my case my monitor alien ware curve went out and they couldn't replace it so they just gave me what I paid for store credit, do remember that amount is the item not the item +plus what you paid for coverage)
I would suggest you talk to the store since they will try to repair and if not then it goes to that other point(unless its one of those items that is cheaper to just replace then fix for them)
