Not sure. But I would assume so. The set up on my SJ5Y-S was simple and plug and play basically. As long has Bluetooth and is the same brand is think it would be backwards compatible. These are ok rears for the price. But id invest a few more dollars in an upgrade if there is a better pair. It creates the surround sound in Dolby and is decent for my bedroom set and not running wires. But for a media room I wouldn't recommend where you need more power.
