First, check the distance. Next, turn off all other wireless devices in the room - not sure why from a tech perspective but I had some challenges until I shut off the two other wireless items in the room and then it worked. I powered everything down. Pushed the wireless connect button on the speaker receiver first, then I turned on just the sound bar - this worked. It has also not lost connection once it was paired. We did move the receiver unit once and put it behind and just lower than our sofa and it was enough to lose the signal. Once I brought the receiving unit back up to it reconnected right away. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found that the receiver needs to be in clear view of the sound bar. If there is any interference between them the rear speakers will not work. BTW they sound great
