QuestionI ordered a large number of these to prepare for remote learning. Many came with Chrome OS 76 and some with Chrome OS81. None of them will update beyond these OS versions even though the latest stable version is 85. I followed all Google's steps--no luck.

- Answer Yes, you can use Zoom on this Chromebook. To be able to download Zoom on the Chromebook, you need to download the app from the Chrome web store. The easiest way to find it is to Google on the Chrome browser, Zoom for Chromebook. Click on the link for Zoom-Google Chrome (or Chrome Web Store) and select Add to Chrome.
