They told my son that it would take 5-7 days to get it back. Is that working days? I am a Realtor and really need my computer. I had just bought the computer a week or so before this happened and my office had downloaded all of my printers and docs on it. Do you have any info on the repair/replacement of it? Cathi
A:AnswerFor primarily web use this computer would work well. You really do not need a lot of storage when you are not downloading a lot of programs/games/files. Streaming, Emailing and such are all done using the web and do not require a lot of memory or processing power.
A:AnswerThanks for reaching out. There were many sub-models of the M6 Envy series. In terms of durability, this one should be fine, possibly better since it has a Solid State drive which has no moving mechanical parts.
