• Don't listen to HP - they're just trying to get you to pay more for another model. The processor is more than capable of streaming and using the internet. Mainly, your internet speed will affect how well you're able to do those things.

• Yes it works fine with either my Chromecast, Roku Stick or my DVD player that also converts to 3D.

• Good question. 4 GB is good enough, but the processor on this computer is a little too slow. I recommend a slightly faster processor for streaming videos. I hope this helps.
