That is what a warranty is for if you purchase the warranty they should be able to replace it and if you can’t find the receipt and you made it on a credit card they should be able to look up the credit card and find the payment that you purchased it with

Your information should be saved in the Geeks Squads database. It dont hurt to call and see or even bring your insured monitor to any Best Buy location .
