Q: QuestionMy new UN65NU6900FXVA Samsung TV (SKU 6258405) remote (BN59-01301A) doesn't appear to have a microphone like the one on my ancient Amazon Fire remote. How do I use it to control Prime, Netflix, etc.with spoken commands??? Do I need to re-connect the Fire?

With that TV specifically, unless you purchased a alternative remote that works with it, you couldn't use voice commands like you did with the Amazon Fire remote. Q: QuestionI bought a 49" Samsung Qled TV with 5yr protection in 2018. i was moving it and my thumb was holding corner of screen. When i squeezed to turn TV the screen looks like it cracked and a bunch of lines across top. Can be fixed? Does my warranty cover this?
