- Answer Order the new TV while I was in bed with a broken hip TV arrived broken. I paid for the extra warranty. I called them. They said not a problem. Return our TV and we'll send you another TV I said cool. I return their TV well. My brother did that day. They refunded it to a gift card. That was thrown away. Nothing I could do about ithey laugh. Online manager and store manager would do nothing for me.

- Answer Right in the store at any geek squad. Show proof of purchase with the TV and all the accessories and they will get right to it. Nothing is better than Geek Squad and their warranties.

- Answer You definitely need to purchase the warranty it starts immediately if you go with a manufacturing warranty it is up to you to get the TV to the manufacturer for repair with the added warranty someone will come to your home quickly repair it or most likely usually replaces it

- Answer Geek Squad will only service the TV after the one year manufacturer's warranty runs out, and ONLY if you have purchased an extended warranty with a couple of weeks after purchasing the product! This means that you are buying a warranty product that won't go into effect for an entire year, and the store won't help you resolve your issues!

- Answer Well, the Government has warranty sales by vendors under review as to when a product warranty ends then the added warranty should start, many start same time as manufacturer warranty starts. I feel you loose 1 year out of that 5 year as Geek squad tells you to call manufacturer first, I feel the sales person who sold me that they do a better job and use them from 1st year not manufacturer, but seems Geek Squad has a different version of who repairs first. That is why the government is getting involved as the complaint has reached the level that government is getting involved in rewriting the law
