“order TV 9/30 received 10/4 on 10/20 lines started at the top of screen going down went to geek squad with 2yr warranty there was no physical damage visible. Once tv plugged squad claimed it was physicaldamage.2days past return period/ pointless warranty”

Best Buy doesn’t make tv’s and can only extend a 30 day return policy and offer an extended warranty. If the warranty is not purchased then the next step to take would be to contact the manufacturer because it could be covered by their warranty
