Q: QuestionCan I use the 27' Laundry Pedestal WDP4W that is 13.5" with the LG Ada Compliant Laundry Pedestal that is 5" under it with a new LG Dryer to comply with the 18" height requirement for a garage installation. It's an electric dryer.

Q: QuestionI just bought the LG WM3600 washer and I am trying to figure out why the delivery men said I could not install it on my old pedestal, WD3PW. They are the same size and I saw other models of the same size are compatible. Please advise! Thank you.

• A:Answer I went thru this and it seems that the store and the delivery company do not agree. The delivery company says the installation doesn't fit properly due to the bases having different configurations . The inserts and tools to insert them with the washer are different even tho the measurement is the same. Good luck!
