A:AnswerHello there. We at LG recommend you use the right Stacking for said washer and dryer to ensure safety. All LG Washers and Dryers are compatible with LG Pedestals as long as the right Stacking Kit is used. ~Jai.

A:AnswerI bought the lg washer and dryer. When the washer was delivered I realized the opening was too low for me since I have sever back problems. My old washer and dryer had the pedestals on them I went back and purchased the ones for the new washer and dryer. It has helped a lot because e it makes them 13in higher. They also provide some storage underneath for just about anything. The store that I bought the washer and dryer from delivered them and the set up team put them on. Just make sure you purchase the pedestals that are meant for your model because they don’t fit any washer and dryer.

A:AnswerWe purchased new machines without pedestals as our old ones were compatible and perfectly reusable. After watching the installation video, we thought the old ones could be reused by unscrewing. When delivery day arrived, we learned that the machines had been glued to the pedestals. We did not do or see the original install. We waited too long to pry it off. It wasn't turning out to be a quick, easy job. The delivery drivers could take it all or leave it all for us to pry apart. Lesson learned. Pry it apart in advance. Perhaps there is a chemical solution to loosen the bond?
A:AnswerI Measure is a stack of 52 1/2 inches high. Space in the laundry room/installation area may be a bit of an issue, as it is a large unit to maneuver and position.
A:AnswerI have no idea on your specific models, I know they changed the mounting attachments over the years. We had to buy new pedestals, for both our new washer (2018) & drier (2022) . Original models were vintage 2010
