“I just bought the LG WM3600 washer and I am trying to figure out why the delivery men said I could not install it on my old pedestal, WD3PW. They are the same size and I saw other models of the same size are compatible. Please advise! Thank you.”

I went thru this and it seems that the store and the delivery company do not agree. The delivery company says the installation doesn't fit properly due to the bases having different configurations . The inserts and tools to insert them with the washer are different even tho the measurement is the same. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can use your existing pedestal. WDP4* replaced the WDP3* pedestal but they are both designed for compatibility with 27" LG Front Load Washers and Dryers. The only difference between them will be the mounting bracket installation. The WDP4* uses the t-clip installation method. ^Daphane
